Ground based solar power

ALTERRYA develops, builds, finances and runs ground-based solar plants.

In line with the values for Sustainable Development that ALTERRYA upholds, we understand that solar technology should not impair our planet’s ecological balance. We often favour using high-pollution areas and unwanted land (former landfills, restored quarries, infertile land, and so on).

In order to keep our stakeholders pleased, ALTERRYA lets the terrain and the site determine the technology used, making careful choices for the solar panels and the support system.

Therefore, ALTERRYA is always on the lookout for new lands where we can develop ground-based solar power, and add to their renewable energy production.
