ALTERRYA’s clients (private customers, farmers, manufacturers, municipal stakeholders, amongst others) only need to take care of the initial investment and the business risk, yet they will earn a significant profit by selling the electricity directly to electricity supplier.

We will help you right from the feasibility study through to the commissioning phase, which makes ALTERRYA the ideal partner for your turnkey projects and also gives you the chance to benefit from our experience as a producer of electricity.

Whether it be for current buildings, buildings yet to be completed or unwanted land, ALTERRYA offers rental agreements for a minimum of 25 years. In this way, you will receive an annual income, made up of a guaranteed minimum amount, and a variable one allowing you to reap the benefits of exceptionally good years for sunshine and the resetting of a rate of purchase every year.

For future buildings, by choosing solar panels you can save money on roofing (around 10% of overall construction costs), since we offer to take on these costs. Up until December 31st, 2009, ALTERRYA has signed up to around 12 MWp in roof rental (over 90 000 m2 of solar panels), and is hoping to double this value in 2010.
